ESG Reporting Tool expert

Our client, the real estate division of a hotel group, is looking for an ESG reporting tool expert to configure their tool (kShuttle) with the right indicators.

ASAP, 2,5 month assignment, number of days to be defined, based in Paris, remote possible (mission to start on site), fluent English required.

Key assignments :

Following the latest’s announcements of the EU Commission, delaying the CSRD reporting to 2028 and amending the existing ESRS, our client will need to review the Setup done to adapt it to the new ESRS standards and adapt the tool and KPIs to the current ESG report.

Therefore, our client seeks a partner who will be responsible for the following :

- Review ESRS amendments and modify the setup done so that it corresponds to the new ESRS, including eliminating all KPIs that are not longer mandatory.
- Review 2025 ESG report and include: all KPIs that are not part of the ESRS in the tool as well as historical data for these indicators.
- Prepare two campaigns in the tool: One corresponding to the ESG report in the current format, one corresponding to the future CSRD report.
- Analyse the tool functionalities and propose actions to enhance the value of the tool.

Expertise :

Expert in reporting tools, especially kShuttle
Proven experience implementing and configuring reporting tools
Strong knowledge of ESRS and ESG reporting
Fluent English
