The CSR department, which ambition is to lead to way to greener and smarter mobility, is in charge of :
- monitor environmental and societal trends,
- identify and lead projects generating shared economical, environmental and social value,
- manage Sustainability & CSR risks,
- organize dialogue with stakeholders
- and report on the company's CSR performance.
In the context of evolving regulatory environment and increasing stakeholders expectations, efficient prevention of human rights risks a well as successful engagement with stakeholders, have become critical elements of CSR approaches. The CSR department is looking for an expert to further structure and develop its ambition, programs and processes on Human Rights risks management and stakeholders dialogue.
The Human Rights and Stakeholders expert position, will be in charge of leading the Human Rights programme, stakeholder dialogue, CSR label deployment and communication with the following responsibilities :
- Leveraging the human rights global risk mapping exercise, coordinate with external consultants the development of the Group’s Human Rights Roadmap and its internal promotion as well as update of the Vigilance Plan
- Deploy project assessment tool with E&C, support high-risk projects and monitor mitigation plans
- Contribute to the integration of risks mitigation measures in supply chain, supporting Sustainable Procurement team
- Develop training, awareness & internal communication
- Participate in Human Rights business initiatives such as SBC Human Rights working group, Building Responsibly etc…
- Deploy stakeholders dialogue and engagement programme with external support
- Manage Sustainability & CSR community of Champions and support development
- Pursue expansion of CSR label by supporting new countries and develop Corporate tools for integration in AMS and upskilling of labelled countries
- Contribute to investor questionnaires and meetings for input on Human Rights
- Develop and implement Sustainability & CSR Com plan

Main interfaces externally : Stakeholders, consultants, auditors, suppliers, think tanks and external bodies

- Ability to collect, analyse data and prepare powerful synthesis,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as the position will require to manage contacts with various functions and levels in the company and outside, writing in English and French - Fluent English and French

- Knowledge of current regulation, sustainability tools and reporting initiatives a plus,
