Dear reader,
I have been working for almost ten years at IKEA. I reduced the CO2 footprint of the Supply Chain of the group by 20%, working with different units both inside and outside IKEA. I mapped the CO2 impacts and using a bottom up approach to gather and share best practises.
I enjoyed a lot working together with IKEA suppliers and have win-win exchanges to reduce environmental impacts.
Gathering and exchanging with all stakeholders to identify both risks and opportunities was stimulating and helped launch action plans involving all relevant parties.
After that project, I went back to University to study Sustainability. These studies helped me understand the urgency of the climat crisis and it was an opportunity to learn more about biodiversity, circular economy and green IT.
I then worked on a project lead by ADEME to help companies reduce their CO2 footprint.
Thank you in advance for your feedback,
