Accelerating the impact of CSR strategies and guiding sustainable change and transformation. I deliver it based on a bottom-up approach to sustainability. grounded on the company's assessment, I engage organisations' management by confronting the strategy. I conduct 'Name and Shine' workshops with employees to engage them in CSR initiatives and action plans.
The result is a label for employees, input for the CSR report, support for dual materiality and reinforcement of the sustainable strategy.
