I’m a change maker, advisor, consultant, dedicated to challenging the status quo and helping organisations design strategies that leave a real legacy.
With over 20 years in the sports industry, from launching France’s first digital fitness platform to leading purpose and sustainability programmes at adidas, I’ve learned how to turn big ideas into action that drives inclusion, innovation, and systemic change.
My work has empowered over 70,000 girls through sport, supported 20+ start-ups via the Breaking Barriers Project, and built cross-sector collaborations with some of the world’s most influential clubs, federations, and grassroots organisations.
Today, I partner with brands, institutions, and leaders who want to move beyond talk and create measurable impact, because sport has the power not just to entertain, but to transform lives and societies.
My mission is clear: to make sport more inclusive, sustainable, and accessible for the next generation.
I contributed to adidas’ global roadmap by leading a team that develops and delivers strategic brand partnerships across Europe. This includes scaling our gender equity programme, Breaking Barriers for Girls, to 15 non-profit organisations, and building strong communities of partners and stakeholders through initiatives such as sustainability academy days for colleagues and partner days with customers and clubs.
