I have 25 years of experience in design and development in the fashion industry, including 8 years working with sustainable and social impact fashion brands. My interest has been in the elevation and support of businesses and entrepreneurs that are purposefully pursuing materials, practices, and communications in support of sustainable, transparent, and equitable product development.

Both a strategic and creative thinker, I can see connections between seemingly disparate concepts, assess complexities, and then translate new ideas into action. I am a natural diplomat, with the ability to influence leadership or support staff and negotiate with a positive and disarming energy. I enjoy sharing my expertise with junior team members and have an insatiable appetite for learning and understanding ways of thinking that are different from my own.

Outside of my work, I am a committed volunteer.  Currently working with the NYC based NPO, THE NEST and as a volunteer with The Milaya Project in Uganda
